Service Description

Your programming will be 90% complete and ready for finishing touches! I may ask some clarifying questions from your intake form, and from there I will walk you through your program on Everfit, how check ins will work, and answer any questions you have of me to make sure you're fully comfortable and ready to get started!


Cancellation Policy

At Momentum, we understand that life happens — especially for moms! To provide the best experience for all clients and maintain a smooth schedule, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: Cancellations: If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session, depending on your service agreement. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment may be considered a late cancellation. No-Shows: Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
