ʉϬ Chat Access: Monday-Friday chat access to Shelby for support so you can get all your questions answered. You actually have a real coach in your corner to cheer you on and keep you accountable every step of the way.

✨ Bi-Weekly Live Coaching Calls: every other week we have a live group coaching call where you and the community come together with Shelby to connect, have fun, and ask questions (with replays so you can watch on your time)

✨ Training Collection: new training videos dropped bi-weekly (opposite calls) to learn on a specific topic that supports you on your journey of effective habit building and long-term fat loss with mom life.
